If you’re looking for the power and stability of an electric fillet
knife but don’t plan on catching a variety of fish, the Classic EFK with
an 8” serrated freshwater blade is the perfect setup. The slide curve
of the blade and its generous length make it a great choice for small to
medium range catches, and the blade can be easily removed for cleaning
and storage when not in use.
Under the hood, we’ve revamped our classic EFK with a high performance
motor putting out 110V with a state-of-the-art vented handle to prevent
overheating. The curved, ergonomic handle prevents strain on your hand,
and the motor is fast enough without causing you to lose control of your
knife. The result is a controlled, precise cut every time. Enjoy this
knife with a limited one year warranty!
Features
High performance 110V motor
